Individual and Couple Sessions
Individual Sessions are one-on-one sessions in which the you will receive a blending of modalities based on your individual needs, desired results, and the facilitator's intuitive guidance. Sessions may include some of the following: guided meditation, reiki, earth medicine, hot rock therapy, gemstone healing, etps acutherapy, cupping, aromatherapy, vibrational medicine, oracle guidance, past life healing, chakra cleansing and clearing, reflexology, holographic repatterning, karmic shifting, and earth medicine.
Couples Sessions: Experience this powerful journey toward relaxation and stress reduction, while strengthening your partnership with your mate. Achieve a state of inner peace while waking and restore your connection with each other. During this session you will align your breath and rhythm with each other through guided breathing, meditation, and energy work, while also receiving the healing benefits of hot rocks, gemstones, sound and vibrational medicine, as well as reiki, aromatherapy, and light bodywork.
Medicine Circle Facilitated Group
These services can be adapted to your needs and wants!!! I would love to discuss your intentions to help formulate medicine just for you. Medicine circles can be done with 2- 10 people in which the participants may choose from a menu of options: Oracle guidance, consciousness progression, drumming, guided meditation, and energy healing. These circles can be from 3 hours to a 2-day retreat depending on your time and budget. Other services such as massage, facials, movement therapy, and Yoga can be added for additional costs. These services can be enjoyed live, through private phone sessions or recordings.
House & Business Energy Clearing
